A TASTE OF DAEGU

Whenever I travel, food exploration is among my priorities. I research for weeks leading up to the trip   and I was ecstatic when I found out that Daegu offers a diverse range of mouthwatering food. The “Ten Tastes of Daegu,” which includes the famous local foods ttarogukbap, dongin-dong jjim-galbi (braised short ribs), miseongdang napjak mandu (flat dumpling), mungtigi (raw beef thigh meat), blowfish bulgogi (you guys have to try this), and megi maeuntang (spicy catfish stew), has captured my attention (and taste buds). A big thank you to our tour guides for bringing us to all the best restaurants in the city! Just writing this post makes me crave for all the dishes I’ve tried in Daegu!
