Guiltless Guilty Food with the Philips Airfryer

If you ask me to choose between exercise and dieting, I wouldn’t have second thoughts choosing the former. I work out at least thrice a week but dieting is just a bit challenging for me. I am a huge food fanatic so I eat everything (as you can see from my #dglamons posts lol). But we all know that to have a fit body, you need to pair exercise with a good diet.

That is why I was really grateful when I discovered the Philips Airfryer. This is a low fat fryer that instead of oil, uses superheated air to cook. It is perfect for me for a couple of reasons. One, because I like eating comfort food which can sometimes be unhealthy and second, because I’m not really the best cook around, lol. The Philips Airfyer cuts off 80% of fat and lessens cholesterol from food. It also makes food tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. But it isn’t only frying that you can do with this fryer. You can also bake, grill and roast using it!


Now, I’m more of the just-heat-leftovers type of guy so it was really nice when I found out that even I can easily cook using the Airfryer. It isn’t rocket science and timing is very easy to monitor. I like it because all you need to do is put the food inside, push a button, wait for a couple of minutes, and voila, you have good food to enjoy!
